In delivering our data capture services, M&Y Data Solutions
have adopted a double entry or verification system in order
to maximize the integrity of our clients' valuable data. One
approach involves two data entry operators independently capturing
your data from different computers terminals.
During the data capture process, should our second, more senior
operator enter any data that is inconsistent with what the
first operator entered, software that we have developed, will
forbid data capture to continue until the operator has addressed
the conflicting results. Should this not be possible, a third,
more senior member of staff will attend to, and correct the
discrepancy found within the data capture results. Finally,
a data quality auditor will conduct a random 5% quality check
of the data capture results.
Some of our operators are highly specialized and have an encyclopaedic
knowledge of English handwriting, or names and addresses.
Also, for some clients, M&Y Data Solutions limits the
amount of information an individual employee can see on a
given image for security reasons, so that one operator never
sees an entire image rendering what information is visible
valueless on its own.
This double entry - key and verify approach maximizes the
integrity of our clients valuable data and achieves extraordinarily
high data quality levels exceeding 99.995%.
